it looks like you have a decent setup here.
the AMD Athlon X2 processor is actually pretty good (definitely not the latest technology though) but it's not obsolete at all. especially since the speed of the processor is at 2.1GHz.
2gb of memory is all that you'll need for vista if your not a gamer
the 160gb hard drive is good also if you don't plan on putting tons of stuff onto your laptop.
