How to install a copy of adobe photoshop cs3 on vista?
My friend gave me a copy of the adobe photo shop cs3 disc and I have no clue how to get it to install on my computer. I'm not very good at this stuff. I read the instructions and it says "please insert disc" when its already in. Can anyone tell me step by step how to do this?

Well, the problem is twofold.
One, Photoshop is only licensed for one user. Unless you have a multi-user license, both you and your friend are guilty of software piracy.
Two - The disc is most likely a copy of Photoshop (burned to disc) not the original software, which is why it's not operating properly.
My advice would be to abort mission, and get yourself the trial version off Adobe.com to play around with for thirty days to kick the tires and see if it's worth the investment to you. The standard standalone starts at $699, but if you're a student (college or HS) you can get it for $299 with a valid ID. Just click on the Education section.
