I'm building a PC and am wondering if this is going to be a good setup and if not what changes you would make?

If you plan on playing fast paced games like FPS you will want a faster monitor. With 5ms grey to grey you can still see some smearing. 2ms would be better for FPS.
Also if you are paying the same money for both DVD drives just get two burners. They do pretty much the same thing and you can burn two DVDs at the same time if you need to.
Everything else looks fine.
