I want to upgrade my video card, and wasn't sure if 256MB vs 512MB?
My computer is a Intel Pentium 4, Windows XP, 2.8Ghz, and 2GB of ram. I have a 128MB onboard video card but I want to upgrade it. I looked into the Galaxy Geforce 9500 GT, and also the XFX Geforce 9600 GT (price range is 80-150). But I wasn't sure if the 512MB was better suited for my computer compared to the 256MB. Any suggestions would be very helpfull. Thanks.
Anytime you can do higher memory cache, you should.
512mb > 256mb, it will only make your graphical performance even higher.
