My office is upgrading to new Dell computers with Vista, and I'm getting the opportunity to purchase my computer their retiring for $350.00 It's not even a year old. Is it worth the money? It's just the CPU no monitor or anything but it wil have Office 2007 Enterprise edition.
Also they have a laptop - Intel Pentium 4 1.9 GHz 20GB Windows XP Professional for $250.00 - and a 40 GB hard drive for $25 more.
Is this a good deal or would I be better off just buying a new PC?

Not really.
With low end dual-core PC combo packages (printer, monitor, keyboard/mouse) going for $500ish after rebates featuring 250gb+ hard drives, DVD burners, etc. from the chain stores, $350 for a stripped P4 (P4's were/are garbage) is not a good deal. A pawn shop or the likes would probably give them $200 for it.
Same for the laptop. You can get brand new HP / Compaqs for $399+ for a single core and $499+ for a cheap dual core, again with 80-120gb hard disks, DVD burner etc.
Oh yeah, and the above would have their 90 day warranties.
