It's a decent setup I'd say. Good performance for somebody on a budget. Better would be to upgrade the memory (2GB), motherboard (to an asus preferably) and chip (to an E6600 2.4GHz/1066 FSB). Video card could also be upgraded to an x1600 512MB (which isn't actually too expensive). But for the price this setup is pretty decent, especially for a mini server.
