What is the make/model of the first computer?
If I reworded the list of specs correctly...
Set # 1 = Dual Core listed at 3.4ghz per core
Set #2 = Intel Core 2 rated at 1.8ghz
Now I would check out the "Dell Processor Speed". I don't know what brand it is(is it from AMD or from Intel?).
If they are both Intel and the same brand of dual cores, then go for the 3.4Ghz one.
