I like how evaohell didn't even answer your question but to actually answer your question...yes it can if you get a new graphics card. Your processor speed/RAM are more then enough to run WoW. Especially if it uses XP...XP uses the least RAM out of Window 7/Vista. When you look for an upgrade for a graphics card you might have to search online since the graphics card connection in that PC might be outdated for in store graphic cards.
