What do you have to add to High performance gaming base unit computers?
The one I mean already has AMD Athlon 64 3700+, 350w PSU, the graphics are ran by an ATI Radeon 9550 128MB,and has a RAM size of 512MB and a 40GB, and a case, and a DVD ROM.
THE THING IS= Base Unit comes with virtually nothing but the stuff listed above. I need to know ALL the things I need to add. ( servers, cables, hook ups, hardware ,software, operating systems ect.)
Hi I build those gaming computers so I have a good working knowledge here. I have no idea about your motherboard but forget that for now. First I would buy another 512meg of ram and then go for a new video card the ati9550 is very out of date. Whether you have a agp slot or a pci express slot for video is very important figure out wich one you have and if its an agp invest another 75$ for a motherboard with a pci express it has 10X the ability of the agp. A good video card is going to cost you about 300 for a good one 500 for the top of the line and sli is double the cost.
