150GB Hard Drive (80GB free)
You will not notice much difference in performance, neither positive nor negative, since your processor is dated.
As for the user who stated that Windows 7 Ultimate would be faster than Windows 7 Home Premium for example, this is absolute nonsense. Every version of Windows 7 performs equally well. Some versions of Windows 7 however include tools and applications for example which other versions of Windows 7 do not. That is the only difference.
