80GB sata HDD (Main)
100GB IDE HDD (secondary)

im going to put this question into vote but i just realized something my cpu does not support VT (virtualization technology) which ive been told is needed for windows 7 also my max upgradable ram for my mobo is 2GB and the 9400gt is a recently purcased pci-e card which is already in the pci-e slot. You need a little more RAM. Bump it up to 3 or 4GB, even if your OS can't see the entire 4GB.
If your motherboard has a PCI-Express X16 slot, upgrade your video card to a HD 4670.
Your specs really aren't that bad. I think with the minor upgrades I listed above, that system WOULD run games smoothly on Vista.
