I have Intel Pentium 4 3.0GHz, 512MB RAM, 80GB HD & XP Pro
After a time, it keep slower. I don't want add any hardware for that.

For anti-virus I would suggest NOD32 but its not for free, for a free anti-virus I suggest AVIRA and Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware.
For anti-spyware I suggest:
Spybot Search and Destroy
AVG Anti-Spyware (30-day trial but you can still use the update, scan and remove spyware forever, except that the resident shield is turned off, but it is still good.
Adaware 2008 = the free version is okay, but you must scan manually and update manually, the thing is you need variant anti-spywares because you need a wider anti-spyware database, and the aforementioned three are okay.
